Background

The project involved the transformation of an abandoned two-story Loew's Theater into a modern 28-story rental tower, while preserving and restoring the theater's historic façade. The inclusion of arts and cultural spaces, commercial units, and a parking garage further enhances the project's significance as a cornerstone of downtown revitalization.
