Panels & Exterior Cladding

ACM / MCM Panels / Corrugated Metal Panels / GFRC / Fiber C Porcelain / Terracotta Panels

ACM Panels

Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) - ACM is widely known as the exterior cladding of choice on multi-story buildings because of its ability to provide complex architectural features and superior weatherproofing. ACM panels are also used for critical design elements such as entrances, canopies, column covers, and Soffit. ACM panels can be used in both Rainscreen and barrier wall systems and provide LEED certification value as a sustainable material. ACM panels are used widely for both new and retrofit construction and can be field installed or as a component in prefabricated panels to provide a clean high-tech look.

Plate Panels

Aluminum Plate panels offer the flatness and stiffness of ACM but with the dent resistance and recyclability of sheet metal. 1/8” thick aluminum that can be transformed into complex shapes for an attractive and creative appearance. Their flatness and stiffness guarantee high wind resistance and can be installed using screws, rivets, or hidden fixation systems. These panels can be easily and finely bent or milled with sharp edges and thin angles and are ideal for enhanced stability and use in large cassette and panel applications. Aluminum plate is excellent for facades with highly technical, visual and sustainable requirements.

Corrugated Metal Panels

Corrugated Metal wall panel systems are available in different shapes and sizes. They can be connected and integrated with other fenestration products.

They are also available with perforation or embossing as required to achieve the design intent. These panels are available in flat, reveal, striated, and chevron profiles. The panels have a common side joint, so the designer can mix and match panel profiles throughout the facade, creating the exact desired effect. Panels may be installed vertically, horizontally, or in combination.

GFRC / Fiber C

Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) panels are comprised of a 1” thick composite glass fiber concrete skin that is mechanically attached by flexible steel pins to a sturdy steel frame. GFRC panels are an excellent choice for high-rise buildings in areas of high seismic activity and for very decorative and intricate shapes and applications.

Fiber Cement (Fiber C) is Sustainable due to its durable nature. High density, compressed fiber cement has excellent mechanical properties with superb freeze thaw characteristics and resistance to fungi, mold and bacteria. These virtually maintenance free materials combined with the ventilated, insulated rain screen construction contribute to increased heating and cooling efficiency. The panels come in a range of colors to help you realize your architectural vision.

Terracotta Panels

Terracotta has been one of the most beautiful and long-lasting building materials that construction has known and has only recently emerged as a warm and timeless medium for modern rainscreen design. Terra cotta today now provides a premier architectural option used in Rainscreen and ventilated exterior wall construction. Terra cotta is available in a wide range of profile shapes and earth tone colors to provide an architecturally appealing, energy-efficient building. Terra Cotta is a 100% natural material that is non-combustible that provides LEED certification value as a sustainable material.

Porcelain Panels

Made of natural raw materials ceramic rainscreen panels are through-body colored, lightweight and economical. We help with complete facade solutions for porcelain panels using both a concealed or visible mounting system.
